Catalina Island Medical Center has a number of services available to patients in their homes. Nurses and physical therapists may be available to visit patients when they are not able to visit the medical center.
The Home Help program offers at-home services to assist community members with non-medical services. A case manager is available to help seniors secure services.
The medical center’s patient-centered philosophy and commitment to excellence continue whether services are provided in the hospital, the medical group office or in a patient’s home.
Although CIMC’s full range of services are only available at our facility, at-home services provide a bridge of convenience for patients and their families.
