COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Catalina Island Residents Ages 65 Years and Older

CI Health is holding an open COVID-19 vaccination clinic for Catalina Island residents ages 65 years and older:
Location: Descanso Beach Club
Date: Friday, January 22, 2021
Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Vaccination will continue until supplies are exhausted
YOU MUST BRING GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION WITH YOU TO VERIFY YOUR AGE AND PROOF OF RESIDENCY.
We require all individuals that are receiving the vaccine to show government issued identification to prove age and residency. Other acceptable forms to prove residency are commuter subsidy card, proof of home ownership, a bill with your name and Catalina address.
Vaccines will NOT be provided to individuals without the above acceptable forms of verification.
CI Health is aware that LA County public health has paused a specific lot of Moderna vaccines. CI Health has administered Moderna vaccines from a different lot than what has been identified. As with all vaccines, CI Health advised, and continues to advise, patients who have unusual side effects to contact their healthcare provider immediately.
