COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics for all Persons Ages 16 Years* and Older

*Ability to vaccinate 16 and 17 year olds dependent on Pfizer vaccine availability.

LOCATION: The CI Health Clinic
DATES: EVERY THURSDAY
TIME: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Vaccination will continue until supplies are exhausted.

We require all individuals that are receiving the vaccine to show proof of age.
