We acknowledge the overwhelming interest in receiving information regarding COVID-19 vaccine and allocation. The world, nation, state, county, and Catalina Island have a COVID-19 vaccine shortage. We want assure the community that CIMC will continue to fight and advocate for more vaccines so that we can provide these to our community according to LA County Health and CDC guidelines.

Vaccine Allotment Status & Tiers
The first shipment of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine arrived on Catalina Island in December and we have vaccinated our CIMC team, first responders, and a few individuals identified as most in need per CDC guidelines. The next shipments of vaccines will be allocated per CDC guidelines. (See link for allocation phases of the CDC COVID-19 vaccination program.)

The recommendations from the CDC and LA County Public Health continue to evolve, so please be patient with us, we are doing the best we can to update the community on vaccine status and tiers. This website will serve as the destination for all things related to vaccine allocation and resources.
