Chief Executive Officer
Jason Paret has lead CIMC since January 2016. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Alaska Southeast and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Montana. Island life is not new to the Paret family, having lived in Australia, Hawaii, and islands in Alaska. In Paret’s twenty six years in healthcare he’s achieved significant operating and financial improvements for the organizations he has lead. He also brings with him important facility construction experience with two different projects, one in the amount of $20 million and another in the $50 million range. Paret (pronounced “pa – ray”) and his wife Aimee, an Avalon school teacher, have two children, a son in college and a daughter in 7th grade.
Dr. Aimee Warren
Chief of Staff
Dr. Warren is a graduate of Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and did her residency at the University of Nevada, Reno. She is board certified in Family Medicine and is an experienced primary care physician. She has worked in private practice and served patients as a staff physician at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego as well as Temecula Valley Hospital and Fallbrook Hospital. Dr. Warren and her husband, a Los Angeles County Firefighter, have two young daughters ages 2 and 5 and enjoy Catalina Island life. Her patients describe her as “a rare kind of physician who tells it like it is but is very nice, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner.” Dr. Warren works full time as a primary care provider at Catalina Island Medical Center.
Dr. Tammy Moore
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Moore comes to Catalina, from a critical access hospital in Washington State where she served in numerous leadership roles, the most recent as Chief Clinical Officer. Throughout her fourteen years at Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, WA, Dr. Moore assisted in leading the organization through rapid growth and change as they built a new hospital and family practice clinic to replace aging structures and meet the needs of the community. She is excited to launch the next step in her career by serving as COO of CIMC.

Tina Minh is a California native and graduate of the University of Southern California. She brings successful experience as a frontline fundraiser for several major California institutions, including USC, UCLA, UCI and Hoag Hospital. With more than a decade of experience in these demanding environments, Ms. Minh joined CIMC in February 2020. Serving in her role as Chief Communications and Development Officer, she will drive the medical center’s communications and marketing strategies, and lead the Foundation’s community engagement and philanthropic efforts to support quality healthcare on Catalina Island. Ms. Minh is honored to serve Catalina Island by partnering with the community and loyal visitors to champion support to help protect the health and wellness of our residents, and safeguard critical care access for all who live, work and visit the Island.
John M. Lovrich, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
John Lovrich oversees Catalina Island Medical Center’s financial services including its business office and medical records and is responsible for monitoring CIMC’s overall financial health. The certified public accountant received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and his Master’s from California State University, Long Beach. He has more than 20 years of experience working with hospitals, including Critical Access Hospitals, and other health-related organizations. “I really like working with the people at CIMC. Everyone has been very helpful and professional.”
