Check out Catalina Island Medical Center’s Dr. Aimee Warren sending you love and reminding you to stay well in mind and spirit.  Practice offloading stress and anxiety in a purposeful way. You can use physical activities like walking, hiking, and reconnecting with nature to bring back balance throughout your day.

Connect with your family and friends even if you can't connect physically. Video chat call or text. Try to connect with someone you love once a day, even if it’s just a quick check in.

Dr. Aimee Warren and other physicians are setting up phone call appointments to help get you the care you need.
