As you already know, illnesses, accidents, and medical questions can happen any time day or night. That’s why we are happy to offer you the Nurse Advice Line, a free service that is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Healthcare Advice at Any Time
Whether you are looking for answers to your health-related questions or you need treatment advice when you or a member of your family is not feeling well, registered nurses are just a phone call away. A nurse will listen carefully to your individual questions and provide trusted guidance and answers.
When should you call the Nurse Advice Line?
You can call and speak with a registered nurse whenever you need healthcare support. The nurse will assist with your health concerns, including things like:
- Sudden rash
- Bump on the head
- Fever & body aches
- Severe headache
- Twisted ankle
- Stomach pain
Based on your individual symptoms, a nurse can help you decide if you need to head to Emergency, treat your problem at home or call the clinic for an appointment when it is open.
