DO, Chief of Staff

Dr. Warren is a graduate of Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and did her residency at the University of Nevada, Reno. She is board certified in Family Medicine and is an experienced primary care physician.

Dr. Daniel Davis, MD
Dr. Daniel Davis

Dr. Davis served as emergency medicine faculty at UC San Diego for 16 years, specializing in both inpatient and pre-hospital resuscitation science. He has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed articles and created the Advanced Resuscitation Training (ART) program.

Dr. Edwin McGroarty, MD
Dr. Edwin McGroarty

Dr. McGroarty has been a physician for more than 20 years, specializing in Family and Emergency Medicine. He is also a military veteran, having served 10 years in the United States Navy. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Santa has worked in the healthcare field for 30 years, including more than 25 spent serving the people of Avalon. She has extensive experience working with both children and older adults living with dementia.

Patrick specializes in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and has lived in Avalon for the past year. His areas of interest are geriatric rehabilitation, sports orthopedics, and community wellness.

Natalie has a variety of clinical expertise and experience in sports and orthopedics, vestibular and balance disorders, concussion management, acute hospital care, long term hospital rehabilitation, and a growing interest in pediatric care.

Kymberlee specializes in working with women and families effected by trauma, abuse, and chronic pain. She has worked with children and adolescents in crisis for the last 17 years. She enjoys using expressive arts, EMDR therapy, and a holistic approach to treating each patient as an individual.

Arielle has been a registered and licensed occupational therapist since 2016 with advanced practice in hand/upper extremity rehabilitation and use of physical modalities. She has experience working with all age groups in a variety of settings such as orthopedic clinics and hospitals across the country.
