LOCATION: Machado Field 3/3 moved to CI Health CLINIC due to weather
DATES: WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24 & MARCH 3
TIME: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Vaccination will continue until supplies are exhausted.
YOU MUST BRING GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION WITH YOU TO VERIFY YOUR AGE AND PROOF OF RESIDENCY.
We require all individuals that are receiving the vaccine to show government issued identification to prove age and residency. Other acceptable forms to prove residency are commuter subsidy card, proof of home ownership, a bill with your name and Catalina address.
Essential workers: Essential businesses on Catalina Island have provided a list of current employees to CI Health. Speak with your employer about being included on their list.
Above forms of verification required for priority line. All other Catalina Island residents may wait in standby line. Proof of residence required.
