CIMC Virtual & Telemedicine Options

You can stay connected to your CIMC healthcare providers and services via telemedicine for everything from quick provider check-ins and virtual visits to social services and telehealth for physical and occupational therapy.

The receptionist will work with you and your provider to schedule the right type of virtual visit based on your symptoms, urgency, and your available technology.

Patients can also access the CIMC Patient Portal for electronic medical records, to connect with your provider about questions, and request medication refills.

Zoom

The preferred method for video chat with your provider is Zoom.

1) Sign up for a free Zoom account.

2) The receptionist will schedule an appointment and give you a meeting ID number specific to your provider, and a specific time to join.

Skype

Skype is an alternate method for video chat.

1) Download the program to your computer or install the app on your device from iTunes or Google Play.

2) The receptionist will schedule an appointment and your provider will Skype you at that time. Please provide an accurate Skype name.

FaceTime

iPhone users can schedule appointments via FaceTime. If you are unfamiliar with this app, you can read more below.

1) The receptionist will schedule an appointment and your provider will FaceTime you at that time. Please provide an accurate FaceTime number.

Facebook Messenger

If other programs are not available to you, we may be be able to connect you to your provider using Facebook Messenger.

1) Ask the receptionist if this is an available option for your provider.

Telephone

Appointments via phone call are also an option for patient's who do not  have a laptop or smartphone. The receptionist will schedule an appointment and your provider will call you at the specified time.

Please be sure to provide the correct phone number and watch your phone carefully for incoming phone calls.
