COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Catalina Island Residents Ages 75 Years and Older

If you're 75 years of age and older and a resident of Catalina Island, CI Health invites you to our open clinic to receive Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine. This would be the first of two inoculations, safely administered by CI Health's healthcare professionals.

Times: Staggered by Last Names
A through G: 10am – 11am
H through M: 11am – 12pm
N through S: 12pm – 1pm
T through Z: 1pm – 2pm
YOU MUST BRING PROPER IDENTIFICATION WITH YOU TO VERIFY YOUR AGE and CATALINA ISLAND RESIDENCY.
