COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics Ages 5-11 Now Eligible
The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is now available for the prevention of COVID-19 to include children 5 through 11 years of age. CI Health is holding two upcoming walk-in clinics for ages 5-11. Vaccination will continue until supplies are exhausted.
- Recurring, Every Tuesday from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, November 9th from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (date passed)
- Saturday, November 13th from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (date passed)
Like the vaccine for older age groups, it is given in two doses, three weeks apart.
Guardian must be present. CI Health follows CDC guidelines. Eligibility of all vaccines are based on CDC approval.
